* * * Attention all city-of-Worley customers * * * Please re-aim your outdoor antenna to face the new antennas on top of the cement grain-elevators
We have added two more antennas in Worley. They are on top of the CHS Grain-Elevators in Worley. These new antenna are higher and better antennas than the Long-House antennas. Your outdoor antenna will have a much better line-of-site visibility to the new antennas on the Worley CHS grain-elevators. Please re-aim your outdoor antenna to face the new antennas on top of the cement grain-elevators.
These two new antennas are operating right now and communicating with all the customer antennas which are aimed at the Long-House. The Long-House antennas are currently turned off. Thus, even if your antenna is aimed at the Long-House antennas, you are actually making a stronger connection to the grain elevator antennas. When you re-aim your antenna to the grain elevator, your signal strength will be up to 10 times stronger than your connection was to the Long-House. NOTE; The antennas on the T574 120 foot tall tower is still operational and will remain turned on.
The two new antennas are 2-feet by 2-feet white square antennas. One antenna is facing towards the long house direction and the other antenna is facing towards the Worley fire station. These two antennas offer a 180 degree line-of-site into Worley. (Each antenna supports a 90-degree coverage).
These two new (Vivato) antennas deliver faster Internet connections in Worley and are ten-times more powerful than the antennas used on the Long-House. Clients who have a weak signal through trees achieve a much stronger connection after re-aiming their antenna to the new grain-elevator antennas. We are finding that client antennas shooting through trees to the Long-House are achieving a 15_db better signal (32 times stronger signal) when re-aimed and connecting to the grain-elevators.
Red-Spectrum Communications is thankful to CHS Inc. for permitting the use of these antennas on their grain-elevator to better service the Worley area.
Thank You CHS
